SUMMARY
The Activities Aid reports to the Activity Director. The activity Aid isresponsible for assisting in planning, organizing, and assisting with executingthe activities as delegated by supervisor, and perform tasks in accordance withpolicies and procedures, current federal, state and local standards, guidelinesand regulations governing our community.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Work with supervisor to implementing activitiesthat accommodate those with special accommodations.
· Assist supervisor with maintaining files andrecords as delegated by supervisor.
· Assist supervisor with audits and updates torecords and files as delegated by supervisor.
· Observing participants at events to gauge theirenjoyment and obtain their feedback to improve events.
· Assisting supervisor with records, as delegatedto, regarding event planning resources, participant interest, and other notableinformation, such as injuries or behavioral incidents.
· Reporting medical concerns or observations.
· Assist supervisor with ensuring that events arewell-provisioned and that the event takes place on time.
· Adhering to and enforcing all safety procedures.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not havedirect supervisory responsibilities.
