We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Kosich Insurance is a family owned independent insurance agency, established in 1946.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Our strong customer service reputation is important to us and we are seeking highly motivated customer support representatives to help continue this tradition and compliment our growth.
- The employee will be working with clients and supporting their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- For those with experience and have a property and casualty license, the transition will involve training on the system and the introduction to the "Kosich Way".
- For those without , there is an extensive training program which will support the efforts of the new employee.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
