Research & Marketing Coordinator: National Agency - Los Angeles! National Agency specializing in legal recruiting for Top Tier lawyers & Law Firms seeks a lead Research & Marketing Coordinator for immediate hire!!

A recent college graduate, or a college graduate with a strong work ethic and work experience is of high interest.

Our agency is similar to a talent/entertainment agency in that we represent and are hired by the most prestigious global law firms to hire and match lawyers. We place and find lawyers for law firms all over the world: Los Angeles, New York, Texas, London, D.C., Chicago, etc. We also handle mergers & acquisitions of entire law firms.

This role & division is focuses on finding and identifying the lawyers (talent) for these law firms. It required a highly focused, extremely hard working individual with TREMENDOUS focus and drive. This person will focus all day on identifying, and emailing lawyer talent by using extensive research database, on-line data, and direction from our CEO. This requires many emails, sharp focus, and someone who strives for Results. Result-Orientated person. Top production will be rewarded.

We are regarded as one of the top Agencies in the high end legal market in the country, particularly in New York.

Skill Requirements

-College Degree from a 4 year University, GPA: 3.2+;

-Highly focused & driven. Must be the type who likes to work all day, not a lot of talking but on hard research, & hard results;

-Results driven & competitive. You will be receiving targeted job searches all week, and will be identifying and emailing effective marketing emails to lawyers all day;

-High detail orientated, meticulous spelling, fast, articulate – Relentless when it comes to getting a job done well (competitive with oneself);

-Typing speed 60+ WPM, meticulous spelling

Compensation & Benefits

Salary will range to start between $40,000-$90,000+ depending on experience, skill & performance.

Hours are 6 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. Time & half for overtime as well, full benefits (medical, health, vacation, etc.). Year-End bonus for performance.

Our office is located in Century City (Los Angeles). Training will be in a very empty office in a top Century City building.
