Job Description
San Francisco real estate law firm seeking a full time paralegal.
Our main focus is San Francisco County real estate work – both litigation and transactional – although we are expanding into other Bay Area counties. Our clients include contractors and developers, small property owners, large property owners, property management companies, real estate agents/brokers and their clients. On the litigation side, we handle landlord-tenant disputes, HOA and TICA disputes, breach of contract, unlawful detainers, and all other real property related litigation. Our litigation practice is expanding so we need someone with experience as a litigation paralegal.
Our transactional work includes issues related to building, planning, zoning and construction, compliance issues for all newly enacted laws, assisting real estate agents, brokers and their clients with nuances of real property laws during purchase/sales transactions, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Paralegal Certification from an American Bar Association accredited institution and experience supporting litigation is required. Must maintain mandatory continuing legal education coursework as required by law and the firm.
This position would be predominantly onsite in our offices in downtown San Francisco. Permanent remote work is not available.
