    We are looking for a well organized and internally motivated Customer Success Manager to support our 2021 growth through partnership implementation and management. As a key member of our Distribution team you will be owning all aspects of the post-contract experience for our partners and responsible for developing the playbook and processes that define the customer experience for Kover. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced startup in a foundational Customer Success role during an exciting period of growth.

    ABOUT YOU

    • You have 4+ of relevant customer-facing experience at a SaaS software company

    • You have a proven track record of building trust and managing strong relationships with customers

    • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data, compile reports, and make insightful, data-driven decisions

    • You are well organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • You are consultative and are able to navigate the complexities and needs of clients across industry and lifecycle

    • You thrive with minimal supervision and add structure where there is none

    • You’re confident enough in your opinion to make your voice heard

    • You care about the details and always putting your best foot forward

    • You’re not afraid to take risks and have trouble staying in your lane

     

     

    WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

    • Lead successful implementations with our partners and ensure that they achieve success on the platform

    • Drive success metrics including tracking impact of platform and deployment efforts

    • Participate in detailed account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities

    • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to support unique feature and implementation requests and maximize business impact

    • Create a Partner Success playbook to ensure a seamless and scalable customer onboarding process, support business-wide adoption, and deepen Kover proficiency

    • Monitor and facilitate the customer’s adoption of our solution features and functionality

    • Serve as the voice of the customer internally by engaging in internal product discussions, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas
