RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude with you every day
• Greet customers, determine their needs and match to vehicles in inventory
• Explain features and demonstrate product performance on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals, following our procedures
• Present pricing and incentives and explain financing options
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers
• BDC SALES: ANSWER INTERNET INQUIRIES FROM POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS FOR PRODUCT PRICE, AVAILABILITY, ETC. AND SCHEDULE SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS PER DAY FOR CUSTOMERS MEET WITH OUR SALES TEAM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• SUCCESSFUL SALES EXPERIENCE IN ANY INDUSTRY IS WELCOME INCLUDING TRAVEL, HOSPITALITY, RESTAURANTS, CELL PHONE SALES, INSURANCE, REAL ESTATE, ETC.
• AN AMBITIOUS AND ENERGETIC 'PEOPLE PERSON' THAT'S MOTIVATED TO SUCCEED
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
• High school diploma
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
