    KraftCPAs is seeking applicants for a Bookkeeper/Accountant role with a Kraft client located in Nashville. This position is part-time (up to 30 hours/week). Please see below the job description for the Bookkeeper/Accountant role.

    Bookkeeper/Accountant Job Type: Part-Time, up to 30 hours/week

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Full Cycle Bookkeeping, including month end and year end close, for annual budget of $2.5M

    Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P and Billing

    Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, credit card charges and invoicing client bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification

    Accounts Receivable will encompass the accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions, preparing deposit slips when needed, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day’s transactions

    Collections on past-due AR items in a timely manner is expected

    Reconcile monthly credit card statements

    General Ledger maintenance

    Monthly financial reports for management and ad hoc as requested for forecasting

    Perform other general office duties as needed

    Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management

    Filing

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    College degree preferred with a background in either finance, accounting or business management

    5+ years experience in bookkeeping/accounting required; experience with non-profit or trade association and PAC fund management a plus

    Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office product line

    Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro software

    Professional presentation and conduct

    Must be responsible, extremely organized and self-managed

    Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills

    Must be detail oriented

    Physical Responsibilities:

    The physical requirements of this position include the ability to lift, stand and walk for moderate periods of time.
