Company Overview: KBE is a sales consulting firm that is rapidly expanding in the Illinois market and is currently hiring salespeople to assist in hitting its target goals. We’ve partnered with our client NRG and taken on their retail and events division.
Job Description:
Face-to-face sales approach that allows our consultants to speak directly to potential customers.
Services existing accounts, new accounts and help obtains orders, establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to service existing or potential customers.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and continued training.
Review product lines we have to continue to support customers with their energy needs.
Contributes to team effort by helping all support staff to service our customers the way you would like to be serviced.
Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications: Customer Service, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.Training and factory visits may be required from time to time to gain product knowledge and education on the products we represent.
We assist customers in retail stores, trade shows, and event venues.
Requirements:
Sales Experience is preferred but not required
Ability to present information in a persuasive manner
Competitive in nature
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Reliable transportation is a must
Experience with influencing and leading a team
