Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
Overview:
Kreative Technologies is in search for a motivated Front-End Software Developer who will define and design specific scope achieving section 508 accessibility requirements compliance for a web application and work with testing teams to triage and analyze identified issues. They will also be a part of an internal assessment team for section 508 compliance of a web application and documents and suggest an approach to achieve the goal based on desired the level of compliance as per discussions with our client. They will be responsible for working with design team and development team on resolving the required changes to the web application and documents to achieve the 508 compliance.
Software & Tools:
Experience with accessibility tools with JAWS, NVDA, Adobe Suite, iOS VoiceOver, AndroidTalkBack, etc.
Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
Angular experience is a plus.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of the building blocks of modern web development: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
2+ years of experience in Agile practices
Preferred to have experience analyzing Accessibility for desktop webpages.
Nice to have experience 508 compliance coding with Angular for web applications.
Familiarity with C# or C++ is plus
