    We have an available position for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced customer service professional to serve as our DEALER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE. You will service our dealership customers, execute inside sales and marketing support, and collaborate with our sales and marketing team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE DEALER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE INCLUDE:

    • Provide support for our dealership customers to allow the sales team to pursue new business opportunities.
    • Focus on account management, order processing, sales reporting, sales administration, and new client implementation.
    • Report to our sales and marketing team on the needs of our clients, which will provide insights into product enhancements, improved client satisfaction, and future product or service offerings.
    • Promote ancillary product lines to organically grow existing relationships.
    • Manage marketing campaigns and inbound lead development.
    • Use your experience and insight to further develop this role.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DEALER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE INCLUDE:

    • 2-3 years of customer service, inside sales support, or account management experience.
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
    • Experience with CRM programs (ie, Salesforce or Hubspot), Constant Contact, and MailChimp is required.
    • Proficiency with Zoom or other online meeting software.
    • Highly motivated professional.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional active listening and interpersonal skills.
    • Coachable team player with a positive attitude.
    • Disciplined, hardworking, ambitious and detail oriented.
    • Can work independently and set own priorities and tasks.
    • Willing to be thoroughly trained on Krex, Inc. and the auto industry.
