    Are you an expert in social media advertising who loves to dig deep into the art and science of why some ads convert and others don’t? Do you know HubSpot better than HubSpot does? Do you have a strong understanding of direct response-style copywriting? You must know how to operate all of this on your own. If your digital marketing expertise goes well beyond the typical “specialist” level, then Kris Lindahl Real Estate has a position tailor-made for your higher-level skills and experience. To be clear: This is NOT an entry-level position. We’re looking for the world’s best digital marketing executive. We are looking for someone that is not afraid to be a doer. Our ideal candidate has experience working for a rapidly scaling 10-figure business, as well as experience working with a fast-moving individual who’s a true influencer — not just someone with a social media following, but someone who has actually built multiple businesses. (In other words, you’ll work directly with our CEO, Kris Lindahl.) Perfectionists need not apply. We want you if you’re super tech-savvy, operate with high intensity and speed, can pivot early and often, and are always on a relentless quest to learn more and get better. Why work here? Qualifications: • 7+ years of digital marketing experience, including high-level leadership roles. • Deep HubSpot expertise. • Familiarity with direct response copywriting. • Expertise in social media ads and the nuances of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc. • Experience in deep analytics, evaluating conversions, and making data-based decisions. • Deep knowledge of “sequential advertising”: knowing the right sequence to use when someone visits your site (retargeting, videos, posts, images, etc.) • Experience in successfully building and optimizing sales funnels. • Experience in successfully developing and promoting online classes. • Basic understanding of SEO. • A strategic thinker with a relentlessly innovative mindset. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $100,000 yearly
