Responsibilities: Our High-End Real Estate Office is looking for a Front Desk Administrator to join our team!! As the Director of First Impressions, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors and callers. Your duties will include: • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner • Inputting listings into the MLS and assisting agents with listing changes • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department • Managing the company's calendar and scheduling appointments • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages • Assisting with document management, including printing, scanning, filing, and organizing paperwork • Overseeing office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overall daily office maintenance • Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: • Have worked in the real estate realm before (residential, commercial, property management, etc) (Required) • 1 year of receptionist experience (Required) • 1 year of customer service experience (Required) • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills • Proficiency in calendar management software • Familiarity with Dotloop, Authenisign, or other electronic document-signing platforms • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Knowledge of office management procedures and equipment • Experience with phone systems and handling multiple lines • Proficiency in Google Suite Compensation: $38,000 yearly
