Responsibilities: • Drive the growth and management of referral opportunities within the network • Engage with clients and coordinate with agents to ensure exceptional service delivery • Perform data analysis, report generation, and budgeting to support decision-making • Maintain meticulous records, including files, databases, and archives • Organize and manage schedules, meetings, travel, and group activities • Oversee financial transactions, including referral fees, invoicing, and expense reporting • Respond to internal and external inquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication • Serve as administrative support to staff to ensure the office is functioning efficiently Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in customer service • Proficient in real estate office operations • Strong organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Be on-call for the weekends Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
