We are specifically hiring a Loan Production Partner to serve the great people of SC at a world-class level.

THE SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES OF THE LOAN PARTNER ARE:

• Leads the mortgage process from pre approval to loan closing.
• Takes pre approval applications on phone or leads clients to link to on line
• Reviews customers income and asset documents and updates in encompass
• Manages and enters Loan applications through our LOS
• Runs files through DU/LP/AUS
• Manages clients experience from referral to pre approval
• Prepares the Pre Approval letters and financial mortgage options for clients and Realtors
• Communicates document requests to clients to complete their loan application
• Assists in coordination of events
• Assist in posting closing pictures and updates to our FB Business page
• Creates and sends cards to Realtors and customers through “Send out Cards” App
• Creates closing projection reports monthly for LO and Corp
• Creates and manages a closing board to help manage a pipeline
• Positive professional attitude is a must!
• Standard 9:00-5:30 schedule Monday -Friday
• Additional duties as deemed necessary by the team as our process is always evolving as we grow
• Mortgage Lending experience required. Having a mortgage license is not required but welcomed.
• Our Production partner will work out of our Spartanburg, SC office during customary hours, 9-5:30 M-F.
• Dress code is PROFESSIONAL

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
