Job Description

Kronenberg Law, an AV Rated, busy Oakland civil litigation law firm with a statewide practice, has an immediate opening for a full-time associate attorney with at least 2 years’ civil litigation experience. Practice areas include mostly personal injury and wrongful death. Other practice areas include professional liability, product liability, premises liability, and others.

You will handle all day-to-day management and reporting on your cases. Excellent writing and communication skills required and familiarity with discovery, motion practice and responding to written discovery. Additionally, you will be responsible for taking and defending depositions and appear in court as needed. We have no requirement for marketing efforts, writing articles, or attending events. We are busy enough without them. We have no hours requirement, yet you will be very busy and have your own caseload under supervision.
