Job Description

                                                                                    TAX STAFF - PASADENA OFFICE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Assist Tax Seniors and Managers with Tax Research and Compliance functions
• Prepare tax returns – Individual, Corporation, Partnership and Trust
• Maintain tax related schedules
• Assist with responses to notices from the IRS and other reporting agencies
• Assist with year-end tax projections
• Compute quarterly estimates and other computations as needed
• Other assignments as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• CPA (preferable)
• Experience with Accrual Basis of Accounting
• Detailed oriented
• Use good judgment
• Good Communicate skills
• Problem solving skills
• Proficient computer skills - Lacerte, RIA, BNA and other accounting software
• Organized/Good Time Management skills
• Uses appropriate discretion – handling sensitive confidential information
