    This is full-time position located onsite at a mortgage lender located in Dallas, Texas. This position is responsible for breaking down and shipping closed mortgage loans for delivery to investors, insuring government loans, and aiding in post-closing fulfillment duties. Responsibilities: Assemble executed loan documents in a specific stacking order, including checking all documents for accuracy. Must stack approximately 10 files or more per day.Scan and ship stacked loan documents; upload the same to investors.Coordinate post-closing fulfillment duties on closed loans, including MERS registration, insuring and paying fees for FHA and USDA loans.Coordinate the execution of Note allonges to transfer loans to investors.Communicate with warehouse banks regarding the sale of loans and execution of allonges.Break down FHA and VA files for HUD/VA review. Qualifications: Preferred: At least six months experience in a bank or mortgage company's shipping, closing, or post-closing departments.General knowledge of mortgage closing documents; ability to identify the same.Required:Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.High school diploma or GED.Excellent data entry skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong customer service skills.Strong written/verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and with a team.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with low tolerance for error. Compensation: $31,000 - $40,000 yearly
