SUMMARY
A math and reading learning center located in Culver City is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for tasks involved in managing day-to-day operations. From receptionist duties and client onboarding to office support, the Administrative Assistant will act as a liaison between staff, clients and Center Director. The Administrative Assistant will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage projects with little oversight.
OFFICE SUPPORT/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- · Support Office Manager with various duties
- · Schedule client consultations and meetings
- · Assist clients through the onboarding process and follow up to ensure onboarding documents are completed accurately
- · Understand and communicate services & fees in a clear and concise manner
- · Work with management to assign new accounts to staff
- · Maintain client physical and electronic files
- · Maintain accurate correspondence records
- · Maintain petty cash and process monthly petty cash report
- · Actively participate in the planning and execution of company events
- · Manage calendars for Center staff
- · Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- · Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- · Order office supplies & manage office supply inventory
- · Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Other ad hoc projects, tasks and duties as assigned
