    Job Description

    SUMMARY

    A math and reading learning center located in Culver City is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for tasks involved in managing day-to-day operations. From receptionist duties and client onboarding to office support, the Administrative Assistant will act as a liaison between staff, clients and Center Director. The Administrative Assistant will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage projects with little oversight.

    OFFICE SUPPORT/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • ·         Support Office Manager with various duties
    • ·         Schedule client consultations and meetings
    • ·         Assist clients through the onboarding process and follow up to ensure onboarding documents are completed accurately
    • ·         Understand and communicate services & fees in a clear and concise manner
    • ·        Work with management to assign new accounts to staff
    • ·         Maintain client physical and electronic files
    • ·         Maintain accurate correspondence records
    • ·         Maintain petty cash and process monthly petty cash report
    • ·         Actively participate in the planning and execution of company events
    • ·         Manage calendars for Center staff
    • ·         Handle incoming and outgoing mail
    • ·         Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
    • ·         Order office supplies & manage office supply inventory
    • ·        Maintain a safe and secure working environment
    •          Other ad hoc projects, tasks and duties as assigned

     

    This is an onsite, part-time position with hourly compensation firm at $18/hour. To apply:
