THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST BE VERY GOOD WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. IN ADDITION TO EXHIBITING PATIENCE AND KINDNESS, THEY MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WITH 4 TO 10-YEAR-OLDS IN DEVELOPING THE CHILD'S READING AND MATH PROFICIENCY. THEY MUST BE FUN, ENGAGING, FLEXIBLE, AND WILLING TO ADAPT TO THE CHILD’S CHANGING NEEDS. ANY WORK OR VOLUNTEER HISTORY THAT REFLECTS THESE ATTRIBUTES WILL BE LOOKED UPON FAVORABLY. CENTER HOURS ARE MONDAY AND THURSDAY AFTERNOONS FROM 2:30 PM T0 6 PM AND SATURDAY MORNINGS FROM 9 AM T0 1 PM.
