    Position Summary:

    The Sales Representative will develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligns with global business strategy to expand profitable PVOH business and to achieve long term share in US and Canada market. Execute the effective flow of S&OP cycle and budgeting process in KAI PVOH BU for smooth PVOH operation and product control by managing rolling demand forecasts, sales results, and budgeting/estimation through close communication between KRC HQ, overseas legal entities, KAI sales team, product management team, customer service team, accounting team, and logistics team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute strategic sales expansion with a focus on profitability and keep strict focus and close communication with prioritized customers to maximize PVOH market share in US and in Canada through deep knowledge related to PVOH commercial / Technical information.

    • Consolidate sales forecasts in Rolling Demand Forecast through discussion and coordination with KAI Sales, R&D and Product Management Group for Global S&OP.

    • Complete monthly analysis and plan budget and estimation of sales requirements to allow for proper levels of specific packaging levels and warehouse placement with a cooperation with Product Management Group, KAI Accounting, Customer Service and Logistics Team.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) discipline required.

    • Minimum of five years of sales experience

    • Advanced computer skills with advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to quickly learn, use and understand new technology.

    • Detailed knowledge of paper/packaging markets; PVOH markets plus in the US and Canada

    • Sales experience and ability to sell to a diverse range of customers with different social styles.

    • Detailed knowledge of SAP, sales reporting requirements (demand forecasting -Aspen Tech-plus), Salesforce.com (CRM)

    • Demonstrated growth in sales volume above targets to achieve stretch goals.

    • Demonstrated revenue growth and product mix management to maximize profit.
