We have several openings for: -FT Insurance Sales -FT Personal Lines Rep -FT Commercial Lines Rep -Administrative Perks: -Paid Training -Paid Time Off -Commission Pay -Health Benefits -401k Options -Work M-F, Business Hours Responsibilities: - Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of insurance contracts and/or suggest additions/changes to existing ones - Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, lead calling, using referrals, etc. - Evaluate business and individual customers' needs to propose protection plans that meet their criteria - Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles - Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders - Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction - Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives - Constantly update industry knowledge and learn about new products and services - Fulfill all policy requirements Skills: - Proven working experience in the insurance industry or relevant experience - Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis - Ability to communicate, present, influence, and sell effectively - Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships -Outgoing and positive attitude -Competitive with the drive to succeed every day -Sales experience is a plus -Customer Service experience is a plus -Bi-lingual is a plus - High school or BS degree Sales Salary: $30,000 to start, plus commission.
