With nine businesses making up our family, ranging from landscape supply, construction services, stormwater management to wastewater treatment (💩). Our family services the entire United States with over 25 locations in 9 states and almost 500 employees.

At Kurtz Bros, Inc. we produce the finest topsoil, mulch, and compost for beautiful yards and gardens. We hire at our eight store locations: Avon, Akron, Hudson, Garfield Heights, North Canton, Strongsville, Valley View & Willowick.

Our typical time frame for hires is approximately 6 months, but can vary based on our season/availability. Seasonal employees are eligible for some benefits, 401k and employee discounts! (*waiting period applies).

We are looking for reliable customer service representatives who enjoy a fast-paced environment, can handle multi-tasking and enjoy assisting customers at our store locations. This position requires the use of a computer, phone, register and the occasional trip outside in our product areas. You’ll need to do basic math to quote and prepare orders for our customers – but don’t worry – we will train you!

Basic Requirements:

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary

Ability to do basic math & use a computer

Ability to listen and follow instructions
