    JOB SUMMARY: 

    We are seeking an organized Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team! This is a supervisory role that reports to the CEO and requires a high level of confidentiality and integrity.  As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for areas such as recruitment, benefits administration, training & development, annual reviews, office management and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR supporting a growing organization and won't mind wearing multiple hats. If you are someone who enjoys the challenges and rewards of supporting a fast-paced company 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage recruitment for the organization and work closely with department leaders to plan recruitment strategies
    • Coordinate with IT department on allocation and storage all office equipment
    • Assign office key cards and maintain log of all issued key cards
    • Administer company benefits plans
    • Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed 
    • Develop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office 
    • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments 
    • Maintain a safe and secure working environment 
    • Coordinate all employee onboarding and offboarding
    • Organize and file documents that contain sensitive and/or confidential information
    • Assist in organizing and executing small to mid-sized company events 
    • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency 
    • Design and implement filing systems and maintain files under these systems 
    • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data 
    • Enforce office policies as seen necessary
    • Analyze and monitor internal processes 
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
    • Review and approve office supply acquisitions
    • Provide general support to visitors
    • Maintain employment personnel files in accordance with company guidelines and state/federal regulations
    • Develop and implement office operations, procedures, and filing systems
    • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time 
    • Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, HR, or similar
    • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
    • Experience with HRIS 
    • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
    • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
    • Knowledge of business and management principles
    • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
