The Goddard School of Burlington, NJ is looking for an energetic and nurturing person with love of children for a Lead Teacher position for our Toddlers classes.

The teacher is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities include developing age appropriate lesson plans following curricular and stimulating young and curious minds. And work together with other teachers and school management.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment

Qualifications:

CDA or An Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines

Problem solving and mediation skills
