The Goddard School of Burlington, NJ is looking for an energetic, nurturing person with love of children for a Lead Teacher position for our Preschool class.

The lead teacher is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment. They are responsible for developing age appropriate lesson plans following curricular and stimulating young and curious minds. They work together with other teachers and school management.

Educational Qualifications:

An Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or a related field.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment

Develop lesson plans to advance children’s physical and intellectual competence

Support each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance

Establish positive and effective family relations

Qualifications:
