    SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER - JOB LOCATION - IDAHO FALLS, ID

    The Supply Chain Manager reports to the Chief Operations Officer to ensure the company's products are produced with the highest quality and lowest cost consistently. This supply chain manager role requires a process and detail-oriented person who will primarily be responsible for the production and movement of the company's products in many countries throughout the world.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Overseeing Supply Chain and Logistics Operations (Demand Planning, Procurement, Supply Planning, 3PL Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Logistics)
    • Managing vendor relationships and performance to meet the company's requirements
    • Managing a small support team and responsible for personnel decisions.
    • Maintaining and Improving department processes.
    • Collaborating with multiple-functional managers to plan and execute the production and movement of products to many countries.
    • Performs other tasks as assigned.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Effective time management and detail-orientation
    • Critical thinking skills, deductive and inductive reasoning
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suites
    • Lives and displays company values and behaviors in day-to-day work.

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years experience OR
    • Associates Degree and 10 years experience OR
    • 15+ years experience
