Key Responsibilities

Support & develop Agency operations through prospecting and networking activities

Seek out opportunities for financial service sales through needs analysis conversations

Unveil gaps in client needs through meaningful discussions, with each interaction

Provide a remarkable customer service experience for customers

Complete multiple line auto/home sale transactions

Customer Service activities – billing, problem solving, changes for the customer

Key Requirements

Experience in sales and customer service is strongly preferred

General Level 1 License (must obtain prior to employment) & LLQP

Must be comfortable conducting prospecting phone calls & participating in networking activities

Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
