Part-Time Nanny Job Listing Position: Part-Time Nanny Location: San Jose (Willow Glen) Schedule: Monday through Friday 3-6 pm; additional hours available for dog walking Start Date: Aug 31st 2023 Duration: Ongoing Job Description: We are seeking a responsible, fun, energetic and caring part-time nanny to join our family and provide exceptional care for our two children age 6 and 8. As a nanny, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of our children. Afternoons start with pick up for a local school. Afterwards, soccer, basketball, dance and band practice. Additional hours available to help with dog walking. Responsibilities: - Create a safe and fun environment, pick up kids after school and take them to activities and home in reliable vehicle - Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including homework help and sports - Prepare meals and snacks for the children - Assist with basic household tasks related to the children's care like laundry when needed - Maintain open and effective communication with parents Qualifications: - Previous experience working with kids as a coach or babysitter or nanny preferred - Responsible with current car license and vehicle available - Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude - Willing to help kids with homework and sports practice - CPR and First Aid certification desired - Background check and references Requirements: - Legal eligibility to work in the US - Reliable transportation to and from our location - Willingness to undergo a background check and provide references - Non-smoker Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications $30/hour If you are a dedicated and compassionate individual who enjoys kids, we would love to hear from you!
