Customer Service Representative requirements are:
Property & Casualty license (not required)
Life & Health license (not required)
1-2 Years of Insurance Sales Experience (not required)
Demonstrated successful track record of meeting goals and quotas required.
Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives.
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
Must be awesome at talking with people
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Perform Cancellation Audit on an ongoing/weekly basis
Contact all Renewals to discuss rates, coverage, and discounts
Coordinate the Claims and Claims Follow Up process
Cross-Sells Mono-line HH and HH w/out Auto or Home
Contacts all Non-Renewal clients for resolution/options
Follows up on all Inspection Rejections for resolution
Checks status on all new business and endorsements
Primary contact on all incoming phone calls
Prepares quotes, writes new business, and follows up on unsold quotes
Office drops to local businesses to create referral partnerships
Sets Financial Service Appointments for Agent and FS
Handles policy changes for customers
Takes payments from customers
Answers customer questions and follows up on unresolved issues
Opens office, stops call forwarding, obtains voice mail messages
Obtains/secures ALL “trailing documents” from clients
Participates in weekly Agency Training, required CE and Allstate training
Other duties as required
