JOB DESCRIPTION
Kyyba is a fast-paced contract staffing firm that is looking for a recruiter to become an essential member of our team in Schaumburg, IL. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: reviewing candidate resumes, cold calling, pre-screening candidates, submitting candidates to positions, and preparing candidates for interviews.
- Utilizing standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Be willing to fully invest yourself to the role and work hard in order to reap the rewards,
- Network and build relationships with candidates and clients
- Implement ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College Degree or equivalent job experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced, results oriented environment, has a strong work ethic and proven attendance record.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and Social Media.
- Excellent skills in internet recruiting
