L & G Wholesale is a Florist Wholesaler. We buyer fresh cut flowers, fresh cut greens and hard goods in bulk from all over the world. We have them shipped to Houston and then delivered locally to the retail florist and event florist.

Specifically, we are seeking self-motivated Customer Sales Representatives to achieve success in a pay for performance business to business, sales role through growing our current customers and creating new customers by promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing new accounts and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Customer Visits
• Cold Calling
• Strong customer service skills
• Assisting customers
• Answer customer questions
• Develop and maintain current product knowledge
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times with customers while addressing their needs
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a must
• Attention to detail
• Written and oral communication skills essential for professional phone and personal contacts
• Demonstrated customer service focus, with professional demeanor and appearance
• Experience with flowers a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate heavy work volume
• Ability to help in warehouse when needed

Must have a clean driving record
