    Job Description

    Non-Profit client is seeking a 1-2 month Bilingual Spanish Customer Experience Center Representative $16.00 an hour working Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm in Central Houston. • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner • Engage in active listening of callers to route calls effectively • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives • Attend relevant meetings, adhere to deadlines, and participate in organizational, departmental, and team-level objectives as needed • Process and release agency web orders in Ceres. Validate, adjust quantities, and adjust shipment information, when necessary. • Create agency orders and agency pallet tags for mobiles, food fairs, Brighter Bites, and other full pallet orders • Create agency orders for special events • Process adjustment and cancellations to agency orders, when necessary • Process agency picks and invoices • Manage the administration side of online ordering systems (Agency Express and Appointment Plus) • Communicate with partners and other departments about any order adjustments, issues, etc. • Provide customer service to partners by confirming orders, addressing order and/or delivery issues, receiving quality control feedback, etc. through both phone and email • Assist with Client Assistance program referral of clients seeking application assistance for Snap Medicad, Tanf and Chip • May perform first responder duties in case of natural disaster • Provides intake assistance to company home delivery phone line QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Experience: • High School Diploma or GED required • Previous call center experience • Bilingual Spanish
