    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The L&OD coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development programs and organizational development initiatives. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee engagement, performance, and capability across the organization by providing logistical and administrative support, tracking participation, analyzing training data, and assisting in the development of content and materials.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate logistics for training programs, workshops, and development sessions.
    • Support the maintenance and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, tracking, and reporting.
    • Assist in the design, development, and updating of learning content, presentations, and documentation.
    • Respond to employee inquiries related to training programs and provide guidance on available resources.
    • Support the rollout and tracking of organizational surveys (e.g., engagement, culture, pulse checks).
    • Assist with the coordination of performance management cycles and talent development processes.
    • Maintain L&OD documentation, including competency frameworks, role profiles, and development plans.
    • Participate in cross-functional projects and change initiatives that support organizational growth and culture.
    • Track attendance, feedback, and metrics related to training and development initiatives.
    • Prepare summary reports and dashboards to evaluate effectiveness and ROI of L&OD programs.
    • Maintain training calendars and communication plans.
    • Process invoices and maintain budget tracking for L&OD activities.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in HR, L&D, or administrative coordination roles.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Preferred:

    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
    • Exposure to instructional design or e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Adobe Captivate).
    • Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement processes.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Employee must be able to successfully handle the physical demands of this position, which include the following:

    • Regular Hours of operation are M-F, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
    • Primarily sedentary or working at a desk
    • Occasionally lift and move 10 -25 pounds
    • While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear
    • Proficient literacy
    • The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, or reach with hands and arms

    Salary: $28.00 - $31.00/hr. based on experience
