Mandatory Qualifications:

• More than 7 years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Project Manager
• Minimum 12 years' experience as a PMO Project Manager and experience working in a PMO supporting Health and Human Services Eligibility system supporting at least one of the following domains: Medicaid, Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or ChildCare with proven experience in data conversion and data modeling, Including working with Legacy systems, ETL teams, and validating data quality.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Minimum experience of managing a program Budget of a minimum of $100 million.
• 7 years of experience in active management of resource-loaded project schedules and resource assignments using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online and VBA scripting.
• Understanding of data governance, Privacy, compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-7 years of experience working with technical teams, data analyst and integration partners. Comfortable leading technical discussions
• Current PMP or project management certification through Project Management Institute
• 5 years' experience with Agile development and technical projects
