Mandatory Qualifications:

• Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Project Manager
• Minimum 12 years’ experience as a PMO Project Manager and experience working in a PMO supporting Health and Human ServicesEligibility system supporting at least one of the following domains: Medicaid,Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or ChildCare with proven experience in data conversion and data modeling, Including working with Legacy systems, ETL teams, and validating data quality.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Minimum experience of managing a program Budget of a minimum of $100 million.
• At least seven years of experience in active management of resource loaded Project Schedules and resource assignments using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Online. Including use of VBA scripting
• Understanding of data governance, Privacy, compliance standards and 5 years' Experience with Agile development and technical project
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with technical teams, data analyst and integration partners. Comfortable leading technical discussions
• Current PMP or project management certification through Project Management Institute
