We are looking for a talented Business Analyst who is interested in being a key team player, taking on a variety of high-level tasks and projects to support our management. The role spans from working closely with our operations/production team to data analysis responsibilities. The majority of the role includes reporting and analyzing business operational and financial results. In addition, ideal candidate will have experience creating customized dashboards using Tableau and project forecasting using data analysis. 

This role is for someone who wants to manage their own priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and have significant impact on a growing company. To be successful, the candidate should be well-organized, have great time management skills, be flexible in taking on the range of responsibilities, be comfortable communicating with senior and middle management regularly, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and equivalents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Work experience as an analyst and reporting responsibilities
• Excellent MS Office knowledge (Strong, advanced skills in Excel)
• Ability to create customized dashboards using Tableau
• Forecasting using data analysis
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Seamlessly works well within a team, as well as independently
• Discretion with sensitive company information
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. Calendars, Slack)
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relevant years of experience working in analytics
