    We're searching for a detail-oriented mortgage loan officer assistant. This position will play a vital part in communicating with referral partners, current and past clients, real estate agents, lenders, and underwriters to nurture relationships and develop new business. You will facilitate the completion of real estate loan applications, collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process. Responsibilities: Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork Screen and make calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as needed • Serve as the primary liaison between company employees concerning all files in process to ensure files are moving smoothly and timely to closing. • Keep database information current for all files. • Special tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • College or Associates Degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent is required* • Preferably 2-3 years of administrative support in a professional office or mortgage environment • Excellent opportunity for those in other fields such as accounting, legal administration, title services • Ability to work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication to all parties involved in every transaction • Strong attention to detail • MUST BE EXTREMELY COMPUTER PROFICIENT AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO LEARN NEW SYSTEMS QUICKLY! THIS IS A MUST! Compensation: $12 per hour plus monthly production bonus
