Responsibilities: Manage other maintenance requests as required Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smoothly and eliminate safety risks • Test, clean, and maintain pool and area • Assist Housekeeping and Front desk when needed Qualifications: Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends Compensation: $13 - $15 hourly
