    TheWholesale Planner supports the USA, Canada and Mexico wholesale businesses byproviding analysis and guidance on annual financial and seasonal merchandise plans.The goal of the Planning function is to drive the business through strategicseasonal merchandise planning, controlled inventory management, management ofOTB and insightful analysis and strategy.

    ESSENTIALJOB DUTIES

    ·      Createand maintain all wholesale reporting including, but not limited to: styleselling, sales to stock, delivery sell-thru and weekly top-line, shopperformance reports, and ATS recaps.

    ·      AssistDirector of Planning, in partnership with VP Wholesale and Country leads, toaccurately forecast GROSS wholesale revenue, margin, AUR$ and unit salesby account during quarterly budget process

    ·      Updateand maintain sales relevant reports (i.e., Orderbook, Sales Planning, Etc.) ona seasonal basis to ensure correct data management history

    ·      WeeklyOpen to Ship reporting at account and department-level against LY, budget andre-forecasts

    ·      Seasonallydevelop topline Merchandise plans in collaboration with Sales Division heads takinginto account overall business forecasts and needs

    ·      Inmarket coordinate roll up of channel projections data from Retail, Wholesale,eCommerce and Outlets in one comprehensive purchase file format

    ·      KeyCross functional partnership with Wholesale, Finance and buying team to executetotal MBP seasonal strategy.

    ·      Responsiblefor all aspects of managing country-level core replenishment process including:

    o  Creatingand maintain replenishment sales forecasts by account and channel

    o  Forecastweekly, monthly, and annual gross revenue

    o  Planningideal replenishment stock and communicating proposed procurement projection toDirector of Planning on monthly and seasonal basis

    ·      Partnerwith key accounts’ planning counterparts in driving business:

    o  Developseasonal buy plans and help negotiate receipt dollars

    o  Executestrategy through maintaining a close working relationship with account planningteam in-season to chase opportunities and maximize sales

    o  Proposecreative ideas to drive sales while maintaining profitability and minimizerisks

     

    SKILLSAND EXPERIENCE

    ·      Minimumof 3-5 years experience in merchandise and financial planning

    ·      Strongcross-functional partnership skills, highly detail-oriented and organized

    ·      MicrosoftExcel and Powerpoint expertise: must be able to analyze large volumes of datain excel and be able to distill analysis into digestible presentations

    ·      Fouryear college degree
