    Job Description

    DUTIES:  You will be responsible for:  (1) Acting as a Salesforce administrator and trainer working in a global sales and marketing organization as the local Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) with direct relationships with the sales stakeholder, executive, and business community; (2) Leading stakeholder meetings and managing requirements from the stakeholder community; (3) Requirements management, process mapping,  documenting business process and workflow, system configuration; (4) Playing a critical and visible role in all application and business process support as well as new initiative and implementation activities; (5) Acting as a resident Salesforce SME with regards to technology, functional, business process, and workflow and in ensuring that all sales and marketing users are properly using the Salesforce platform, to maximize their efforts while providing world class customer experiences; (6) Managing and monitoring all process, compliance,  and system auditing initiatives; (7) Acting as the voice of the stakeholder community to the IT organization, business partners, and vendor community; (8) Owning sales and marketing Salesforce solution implementations performed by the IT organization and vendors to ensure solutions delivered meet and exceed sales team and customer expectations;  (9) Oversight of all aspects of Salesforce design, development, testing, configuration, implementation, support, administration as the advocate for the stakeholder/customer community and as the champion for Salesforce advancement to impact the overall organization; (10) Consistently working to drive process, performance, and solutions delivery improvement.  

     

    REQUIRED:  

     

    MUST have experience with Salesforce administration including user permissions, system security, reporting, training of sales and marketing users especially in best practices of Salesforce CRM usage. 

     

    MUST have EXCELLENT communication (verbal and written), organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
