We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking to fill several Appointment Setting Assistance positions.

In this position... You will be doing:

• Qualifying potential members;
• Assisting our field representatives through the scheduling of appointments;
• Scheduling properly for member’s location, field representative’s travel range, and proper availability;
• Ability to follow script and compliance;
• 100% outbound calling

• Great telephone etiquette and articulation
• Ability to handle objections and overcome them based on training tools and scripting objectives
• Organized, solid professional
• Knowledge in customer service, sales, estate planning or the ability to quickly learn
• An incredible work ethic and show up to work every day on time;
• Strong negotiating skills;
• Familiarity with Windows-based programs;
• Ability to work under deadlines while being detail-oriented;
• Work independently while being a team player.

Salary: $12 - $17 per hour
