    VIRTUAL & AUGMENTED REALITY INTERNSHIP

    100% REMOTE, FULL-TIME, SUMMER 2021

    LOCATION: US - REMOTE

    100% remote position. Must be available primarily during US EST business hours with some evening and weekend availability and speak fluent English. Exceptional attention to detail required!

    LARVOL provides data and software solutions to support the competitive intelligence needs of the pharmaceutical and life science industries. Since 2004, we have been providing comprehensive data & information analysis for the most prominent pharmaceutical companies in the world and continue to expand. We are looking for a summer Virtual & Augmented Reality Intern who would be responsible for supporting our VR strategy and development team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Propose and create engaging virtual reality office environments utilizing Oculus.
    • Develop strategic plans for expanding VR use throughout LARVOL.
    • Research and implement new virtual reality programs to hold larger employee and stakeholder events.
    • Explore ways to integrate virtual reality into everyday business cycles across multiple VR platforms.
    • Develop training strategies and plans for VR implementation and usage.
    • Ensure VR environments are deliverable through Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.

    REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE:

    • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
    • Experience with virtual reality or augmented reality systems.
    • Proficient in programming in Java, Python, or other scripting languages.
    • Must own a smartphone, computer, and have a reliable internet connection.
    • Ability to work independently and primarily during US business hours.
    • Currently pursuing Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, business, engineering, programming, or related field.
