    Lavior Pharma is seeking a highly motivated and experienced LATAM Business Development Manager / Sales Representative to lead distributor expansion across Latin America while driving direct sales growth in the South Florida (Miami) market.

    This hybrid role combines international business development and local territory sales, requiring a strong network, industry expertise, and a proven track record in wound care and dermatology.

    Key Responsibilities

    LATAM Business Development

    Identify, evaluate, and onboard distributors across Latin America

    Build and manage long-term relationships with distribution partners

    Develop and execute regional growth strategies for Lavior products

    Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure distributor performance

    Travel within LATAM as needed to support partners and expand market presence

    South Florida Sales (Miami Area)

    Act as a direct sales representative for Lavior Pharma products

    Develop and maintain relationships with:

    Plastic Surgeons

    Dermatologists

    DPMs (Podiatrists)

    Clinics and wound care centers

    Drive product adoption and revenue growth in the local territory

    Conduct product presentations, training, and in-office demonstrations

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in business development and distributor management in LATAM

    Strong background in wound care and/or dermatology products

    Established network of:

    Plastic Surgeons

    Dermatologists

    DPMs

    Demonstrated success as a medical sales representative

    Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

    Bachelor’s degree (Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred)

    Willingness to travel (LATAM + local territory)
