    Our Client Relations Manager is exceptional and supports our business by creating raving fans through an initial phone conversation where we help them identify where they are, and where they want to be and explain how we can help them move forward. Our Client Relations Manager listens to what they believe the biggest needs are for a business owner in order to help them find the steps that will allow them to fast-track their progress toward their goals and their freedom. Our Client Relations Manager will be responsible for triaging those needs and offering a variety of tools to help the business owner move forward. Our Client Relations Manager will continue to engage with the potential client multiple times to follow up and support the business owners so they can make informed decisions on how to best work with us. Finally, our Client Relations Manager loves to track data and use those analytics to see where we are connecting with potential clients and where we need to pivot. Responsibilities: Key skills: • Communication skills • Organizational skills • Good team working skills • IT skills • Resilient problem-solving skills • Proven experience in customer relations = 5+ years • Ample understanding of business principles • Clear communication and people skills • Substantial attention to detail including grammar and spelling • Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Phenomenal organization skills Qualifications: • Excellent knowledge of basic office programs, marketing, computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, etc.) • High School diploma; BS in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is a strong advantage Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour DOE
