    Growing Temecula Law Firm is seeking a talented and motivated Attorney. Our staff members are highly knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly and we are looking to add someone to our team who values hard work and a cohesive working environment. We believe in a work-life balance; therefore, you will NOT be working 60-80 hours a week. We prefer (but not necessary) that you have 1+ years of civil litigation and/or Family law experience as an attorney. You must be comfortable with handling cases such as child custody and domestic violence restraining orders. We will train the right attorney who is passionate about Family Law and helping families during a difficult time in their lives. You will work closely with our managing attorney and associates, conduct legal research, draft documents, and maintain client files. If you’ve recently graduated law school, have excellent fact-finding and communication skills, and are ready to jump-start your career in the legal industry, we want to hear from you! Our Associate is someone who loves communicating with our clients and helping them move forward in a strategic fashion so they can reach their goals faster. Our Associate takes the time to understand what brought the client in and what they genuinely want so we can orchestrate a plan using the legal process. Our Associate takes the time to formulate a strategic plan to best position the client for the desired result and presents that strategy to both the client and the rest of the legal team that strategy so everyone in on the same page. Our Associate performs legal services such as legal analysis, legal strategy planning, overseeing and analyzing discovery and legal pleadings, conferring with other attorneys, presenting to the court and advising clients to name a few. Likewise, Our Associate understands the value of delegating to others on the team and creating a team approach to get more done in less time. Our Associate also enjoys opportunities to network with other colleagues and community members to build the reputation of the Firm and the Team in the community. Responsibilities: • Able to produce high-quality written work and be comfortable with discovery • Familiar with court rules and procedures • Able to multitask and manage cases with ease • Detail-oriented, focused, team player with pleasant personality, and ability to work independently • Dedicated and ethical • Ability to litigate cases in court with ease, comfortable negotiating cases, as well as interacting with opposing counsels • Creating efficiencies through developing and refining the Firm’s systems including the policies and procedures, examples, templates, scripts, diagrams, workflows, and videos. • Analyzing statistical information to better understand how we can improve our services and the time we spend servicing our clients Key Skills: • Confidence • Great Organizational skills • Adaptability • Creativity • Good team working skills • Communication skills • IT skills Qualifications: • Prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients Compensation: $70,000 to $125,000 DOE
