Job Summary

We are seeking an attorney with 7 years Person Injury experience to join our law firm. In this role, you will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and update and maintain files. You will work closely with administrative staff, other colleagues, and senior partners to provide excellent legal services to our clients. If you are a self-starter with a passion for law, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents

Conduct legal research

Prepare for and attend legal proceedings, i.e. arbitrations, depositions

Negotiate on behalf of clients

Qualifications

Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school and bar exam

Member of the Pennsylvania Bar; New Jersey a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients
