We have an immediate opening for Community Association Managers in our Homeowner Association Division "HOA." This is a full-time position that includes a complete benefits package.

The ideal candidates will have EXPERIENCE MANAGING A PORTFOLIO OF HOA'S along with strong communication, organization, time management and computer skills. Additionally, if you are CCAM Certified and/or AppFolio/Yardi experienced, you move to the top of the list.

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• TIME MANAGEMENT: Must be able to multi-task; know how to follow up. Follow-up is key to this.

• COMMUNICATIONS: Be able to communicate clearly, concisely and politely with our clients-- verbally, email, and by telephone.

• DEADLINES: Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

• DETAILS: You must be detail oriented and results driven; and know how to handle people of all types of personalities and backgrounds.

• MULTIPLE TOOLS: Excellent computer, speaking and writing skills as well as experience including AppFolio, Google Applications, & Microsoft Applications.

• TECHNOLOGY: Old School is not here....You must be comfortable with technology and embrace it as we are a technology-advanced company utilizing the latest technology and tools to accomplish your job.

• OWNERSHIP: Ability to follow instructions and willingness to “take ownership” a must.

• TRANSPORTATION: You must have reliable transportation, as you will be driving to properties frequently.

• AVAILABILITY: There are HOA board meetings which are on some weeknights during a month and you need to be able to attend those night meetings.

• EDUCATION & TRAINING: You must be familiar with CA Civil Code aka Davis Sterling.
