    Job description LC Anderson, Inc. is a recent ACCA Commercial Contractor of the Year. We service pharmaceutical, biotechnology, breweries, office buildings, manufacturing, and retail throughout Eastern MA. This position is responsible for inspections, repair services, equipment installations and emergency service response coverage.

    #HVAC/R Service Tech Responsibilities:

    Performing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment maintenance, repair and or installation.

    Adhering to Company and customer safety policies and practices.

    Ensures that all service tasks are carried out in compliance with local, state, federal and all United Association requirements.

    Providing feedback to the Service Manager regarding service trends, cost-saving opportunities, and customer issues.

    Keeping written records of the company-provided field service and job forms for all labor hours and materials.

    Requirements:

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, equipment specifications, mechanical and electrical codes and regulations.

    Certified to perform refrigerant recovery and reclamation from refrigeration systems per EPA regulations.

    Ability to maintain adequate truck stock per Company inventory control procedures.

    Understanding of AC/DC electrical HVAC equipment components, refrigerant piping, heating and ventilating installation procedures.

    Experience with installation and maintenance service of specialty tools (benders, charging equipment, and power tools over 2 hp).

    Experience with Pneumatic and or Direct Digital Control operation and or maintenance tasking procedures.

    Benefits:

    Pay rate $45-$57+ per hour, based on experience

    Qualifications

    Minimum 3-5 years field experience

    Mass Refrigeration licensee (preferred)

    Clean driving record

    OSHA 10

    Able to pass a background check
