LCS Heating and Cooling is accepting resumes for a Comfort Design Specialist to meet with clients in their homes to determine each client's heating and cooling needs. This sales position typically works Monday - Friday with some evenings and weekends required, earns a 100% commission-tiered salary with monthly and annual bonus opportunity, and comes with a company-provided phone, tablet, uniforms, and drive-home vehicle.

As a Comfort Design Specialist, you set a positive initial impression of our company. You start each day ready to personally connect with clients and offer them the best possible solutions for their home comfort needs. As HVAC equipment is a big investment for homeowners, you are available to answer questions and provide the high quality, dependable service that our clients are looking for. From traditional HVAC work with furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps to “outside of the box” design including zoning, mini-splits, ductwork, and indoor air quality solutions, we have the knowledge and experience to exceed every customers’ expectations.

To continually generate revenue, you attend a networking group each week to generate leads. You enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and that no two days are exactly the same. During your down time, you follow up with clients adhering to our established procedures, find new resources for lead generation, and invest in professional training and personal growth. At the end of the day, you feel good about providing work for our installation department and having facilitated more comfortable homes for our clients.

Job Qualifications:

Valid driver's license & clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a background check & drug test.

Willing & able to learn and use technology, including Microsoft office, email and company software.

Be a skilled salesperson with a proven record of direct sales experience (in any industry), including a record as a strong sales closer.

Must follow company processes, including sales & follow-up processes.

Able to accurately use a tape measure & learn the process for static testing and load calculations.

Must have the physical ability to conduct sales work-ups in the home, which may include getting into crawlspace and attic spaces, climbing a ladder for roof access and working under adverse weather conditions.

Willing to learn about new technology and products.

Be a self-motivated, energetic, tactful, and organized professional.
