Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) role located in Charlotte, NC. The LCSW will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy, conducting mental health assessments, and creating personalized treatment plans for older adults in senior living communities. The role includes offering case management services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and coordinating resources to support clients' mental well-being and overall health. The LCSW will also focus on fostering emotional resilience and addressing behavioral health concerns through compassionate and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Work and Medical Social Work, with an understanding of the needs of older adults

Experience in Case Management and the ability to coordinate resources and services effectively

Expertise in Mental Health and Behavioral Health support, including therapy, counseling, and behavioral interventions

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Active LCSW license in the state of North Carolina

Knowledge of senior care and experience working in senior living community settings is highly desirable

Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
